Deliveries take place Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:30 pm, excluding Bank Holidays.
Morning (8:00 am – 1:00 pm), afternoon, or timed deliveries are available for an extra charge, subject to availability.Lead Times

For surface ranges not currently in stock, the lead time reflects the period from order placement to arrival at our warehouse.

Delivery Location:
The driver will deliver to the nearest safe point to your property (e.g., driveway or curbside).
Please ensure someone is available to receive the goods, as the driver cannot assist with unloading.Delays & Responsibility:

We recommend ordering well in advance of any project start dates, as we cannot compensate for lost working time.Missed Deliveries:

Unpack with care: Remove spacers before lifting tiles.
Storage: Stack tiles vertically (on edge), not flat, and avoid placing them directly on hard surfaces to prevent edge chipping.
KITCHENS & GRILLS – White Glove Delivery Service
Made to Order & Delivery Timeline
Most outdoor kitchens and grills are made to order.
Delivery is arranged via a bespoke white glove carrier service within 14 working days after your order is completed.
Our customer service team will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery date and time.
Please inform us of any access or delivery concerns during this scheduling process.

Your order will be delivered into your property and assembled in your chosen location.
All crates and packaging will be removed by the delivery team.
